Coming alongside those in the midst of struggle and life changing events is something I feel we are called to do well as brothers and sisters in Christ. It is an amazing experience to be used by the Holy Spirit in ministry, and to watch people grow in their faith. Biblical truth properly applied produces great wisdom for navigating life's trials.
Although I was brought up in the church and baptized as a youngster, I walked away from the faith during my young adult days. Then some life changing events drew me back.
I am married and my wife and I are the parents of five children. I enjoy sports, taking in the outdoors and experiencing God's creation. I am also an avid reader of books on church history and philosophy.
